You can camp on the east side and enjoy the ocean front sunrise view at Kumu Camp one day, explore the north shore and stay at Camp Naue the next, and enjoy the lush green mountains and spectacular views of Kokee State park another day.

Excellent way to explore the entire island of Kauai. Maximize your vacation time by camping on the side of the island your exploring each day.

Self check in with lock box. Located 20 minutes from airport. Uber/Lyft or we are a short walk from bus stop . Must be 25 or older to rent. Trip insurance and Auto Insurance Available.

Proof of license required. (in addition to the photos sent for the Driver's Verification/Insurance, which is done by a 3rd party, we also require a second set of close-up photos of all driver's licenses, and a selfie of each driver holding their license, 48 hrs prior to reservation. These can be uploaded through the chat icon on the bottom right hand of this website.)

Rental comes with rear hatch tent and window screen tents, air mattress, 2 camp pillows, 2 lightweight sleeping bags, 2 sleeping pads, camp kitchen and 2 chairs. You can sleep in the vehicle at Kumu Camp and Camp Naue. If you plan on staying at one the county campgrounds, they do not allow sleeping in cars. You can add on a ground tent or pick one up at Walmart.

-$50 or $75 The Gazelle 90 second tent T3/$50 or T4/$75-  Just unfold tent, pop out the 4 walls and roof, and itʻs setup.  Itʻs that simple. Removable rain fly so you can see the stars on clear nights.  The tent has 6 windows and 2 large doors. YOU WILL NEED TO FOLD DOWN ONE OF THE REAR SEATS TO FIT TENT IN VEHICLE. The T3 is 5' long when packed up. The T4 is 6' long when packed up.

-$55 Walmart tent (single reservation use)- Due to covid precautions we are offering a single reservation use tent. You can keep tent afterwards. You can add this on if you would like a brand new ground tent.

- $10 Extra sleeping gear- sleeping pad, lightweight sleeping bag, camp pillow

- $25 Backpacking cookset- Includes remote canister stove or pocket stove, 24oz Stanely kettle and 1 cup. Everything nest together into the Stanely kettle. (Fuel canisters can be purchased at Ace, or Walmart.)

-$20 Backpacking Chairs (SUV rental includes camp chairs)- if you plan on backpacking, upgrade to these, lightweight, compact, high back, backpacking chairs.
